VEry relevant issue......
thanks aditya...

Actually, as a book of scripture, the Bhagavadgita has assumed a position of universal interest. its teachings have gained appreciation in all over world.

But the thing is that, understanding the the teachings of this holy book is not easy task. And the worst thing is that, people often misunderstands the teachings.

There should be a proper way to share the learnings of the holy book.

is not it?

sri mad Bhagvad gita is the one of the very practical text present in modern world. it tells a person the art of life.

it also has its applications in the management world which is very competitive and can also be stressful at times. A person faces innumerable problems in his life and all the solutions can be found in this holy text.

its the philosophy of life but very easy to understand at the same time. so enjoy and learn at the same time. Very Happy

I agree !!

Bhagavad-Gita may have different appeals to different people. However, please find below what the best of human beings have to say about it:

Albert Einstein
When I read the Bhagavad-Gita and reflect about how God created this universe everything else seems so superfluous.

Mahatma Gandhi
The Bhagavad-Gita calls on humanity to dedicate body, mind and soul to pure duty and not to become mental voluptuaries at the mercy of random desires and undisciplined impulses.

Dr. Albert Schweizer
The Bhagavad-Gita has a profound influence on the spirit of mankind by its devotion to God which is manifested by actions.

Carl Jung
The idea that man is like unto an inverted tree seems to have been current in by gone ages. The link with Vedic conceptions is provided by Plato in his Timaeus in which it states..." behold we are not an earthly but a heavenly plant." This correlation can be discerned by what Krishna expresses in chapter 15 of Bhagavad-Gita.

Herman Hesse
The marvel of the Bhagavad-Gita is its truly beautiful revelation of lifes wisdom which enables philosophy to blossom into religion.

Vivekananda
The secret of karma yoga which is to perform actions without any fruitive desires is taught by Lord Krishna in the Bhagavad-Gita.

Ralph Waldo Emerson
The Bhagavad-Gita is an empire of thought and in its philosophical teachings Krishna has all the attributes of the full-fledged montheistic deity and at the same time the attributes of the Upanisadic absolute.

Paramahamsa Yogananda
The Bhagavad-Gita is where God Himself talks to His devotee Arjuna.

Rudolph Steiner
In order to approach a creation as sublime as the Bhagavad-Gita with full understanding it is necessary to attune our soul to it.

Adi Sankara
From a clear knowledge of the Bhagavad-Gita all the goals of human existence become fulfilled. Bhagavad-Gita is the manifest quintessence of all the teachings of the Vedic scriptures.

Aldous Huxley
The Bhagavad-Gita is the most systematic statement of spiritual evolution of endowing value to mankind. It is one of the most clear and comprehensive summaries of perennial philosophy ever revealed; hence its enduring value is subject not only to India but to all of humanity.

According to me bhagwat gita plays very important role in managers life : it gives the knowledge about the practicality , like we should focus on our targets rather than going around
