Dear Members,

Even though there has been a large number of people joining in, the number of posts have been very few. This is a little disturbing.

Now the question would arise: This forum is still young, why expect miracles????

I would put it as, the IBS members are here to perform miracles. And expecting out of the ordinary isn't a surprise for us? Is it?

Thus, I would like to ask the REGULAR posters as to how to improve our format of discussions? And a SPECIAL REQUEST to the NON-REGULAR POSTERS to let us know WHY your are not posting!

Your greivance is our concern and we are trying to do the best for all of us. Hoping for your active participation in this regard. Now that we have more than 400 members, I expect all of them to give their valuable inputs.

less posts by the members happens with any new community.....but things will surely improve with time......

well i have just joined in today....let us see how much i can contribute......

i came across a real nice quote the other day.....putting it here....hope it makes you feel better...

this community is one such good idea which needs a bit of patience and persistence to become popular among the ibs students...

Now, I feel we have done really well. Not to be pessimistic, but PAGALGUY was started when internet was not accessible for all. So we shouldn't take that as a benchmark. I definitely understand that patience is a must, but you know what? At the time I am posting there have been 37 views, and only 3 REPLIES!!!

Our thirst for learning must never be quenched and this forum is there to make our learning more Multidimensional rather than just moving as a hooded horse. I definitely understand quality is more important than quantity, but a blend of both would spell success for this forum.

I really thank all the new members for joining and urging everyone in this forum to pile up your share of bricks to make this "DREAM EMPIRE" a success!!!

This is not meant to hurt anyone so please take it in right spirit.
I think the lesser interaction is also because of no feedback or reply or any kinda response after someone posts anything.

The response need not always be good or long but if you put a post and get a response you want to again interact otherwise it becomes very boring.Just people viewing your post and not replying is a bit... Sad

On Pagalguy (NO COMPARISON here,just an example) you get an instant response and that makes you want to stay in touch.I know users are more there but every big thing has to start from something small.So many people view the posts but they don't bother to reply.I think people should get more interactive...to every post post whether that's something they liked or not....Speak up(But don't be rude... Smile

).

That's my personal thought....
