for non regular member posters who are not posting must be send personal message of showing them what is the advantage of posting and through posting how others as well as you get advantage.
other thing can also be done if suppose any body want to start new topic before starting he should post atleast 10 posts this can also be done.
one reason members are not posting can be slow responce
lets take my example i have many e books as well as project but i am not posting them much because i have applied for ibsrocks id for many times but their was no reply from any body of committe member so i get dispointed
please give me my ibsrocks id in the name of
