firstly please dont use bold/colors etc untill required. it gives wrong impression. bold signifies aggression

Ragging - just dont mess up with seniors. if thr is any issue - go to those who r more mature and ask them to itervene. come to us we will try our best too. dont directly takeup a fight. dont dis recpect if not respect. ignore few of the people who show immaturity

International Placements - Dnt know much abt bangalore , bt kolkata has international placemnts. not evn gurgaon Confused

Methodology - do u really wanna me to talk about it??? who said mba is abt studies in the first place.....anyways no comments !!! Twisted Evil

Karthik I would like to answer your third question.

ICFAI uses case studies and project works as a tool to teach better. In fact that breaks the monotony of lectures. Most of the faculties encourage students participation in classroom.

However, your classes will be as good as the classroom is. If the class is not willing to listen then I'm sure the faculty will not be willing to teach.

In ICFAI every one hour of your professor is worth more than Rs. 1000 for you (remember how much we pay, calculate yourself). Utilize that Exclamation

Hello,
You hit the right button Krishnan. Karthik, utilize the faculty to the fullest. Never feel shy to ask him/her questions fearing the wrath of your peers. It is extremely important as to how you optimise these two years.

Also interact more of peer-peer interaction. MBA is only quarter of the bridge crossed from the knowledge gained from your faculty. The other 75% comes from your peers and the reading you do! Of course dont neglect the "FUN" part of it. Thats important too Smile

All the best!

Regards

Hi Kejriwal,

Well Sujoy sir's papers are bit tricky and reading Kotler wont help much Wink

You can expect questions based on common sense, fundamentals need to be clear. If u have some work ex in marketing u may be able to attempt questions in a much better way

so the trick is to - read funda's but with an open mind , keep an open eye and read between the line
