I totally agree with Vikas. What unique rights presidents holds? A president is just a puppet for the Central govt.

Former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam will be delivering a series of lectures at Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A), as a part of a course curriculum under the post-graduate program (PGP).
The course is being taught jointly by Dr Kalam and Prof Anil K Gupta in second term at IIMA and further lectures of Dr Kalam will be
web cast on on Sept 13, 2008, Oct 25 and NOv 27-27, 2008.
