hi......

What I personally feel about CGPA is that in an institute like ICFAI, where there are almost 1000s like us.... competing with each other.... CGPA ascts like a 'pre-filter'....
especially for people of 'marketing' CGPA is not an 'end-all'.
it is how you fare in the actual interview that really matters.....
and after the recruitment... it is your performance and nothing else....

so all you people like me (with an average CGPA) keep up your spirits.... Very Happy

I think CGPA is a primary tool for filtering the students.

i want to knw does banks offer any profile other than sales....
and one thing i dont hav commerce background....my sip was also nt in Finance...
will equity research firm take me??
