Simple as i can get...I am good at interacting with people. I don't want to represent IBS Pune alone, i want to represent IBS as a whole. IBSROCKS is good platform to get all of us from differenct center to interact and unite to make this as IBS and not IBS hyd, or anything else.
I am Aakash Karangle from IBS Pune. Currently doing my Summer internship at SBI Capital Markets Ltd.

good to see pple coming forward.
but its dissapointing to see the casual approach to the application.
if u read the first post it talks abt the procedure to apply and wht ur aplication should include
you are applyng to be a rep....and this is the impression u leave....
anyways none of the application till now is convincing enough, and also none of the applicants have posted regularly or shown commitment.
sorry guys we are better off with no reps - than wrong examples.
plez edit your posts if you r serious abt representing your campus - its no child's play - its a huge responsibility

how many of the campus rep applicants have come back to participate on the forum? how many of them have assisted in co-ordinating the ibs rocks tees to be distributed in different IBS campuses???
karthik it was meant for evry1 at large....and when we say apply with a small writeup w mean a formall writeup...not just a one liner or a casual post.....just see the way pple are applyng...some have just out their names !!! its sad. u did apply , and u did mention ur introduction - bt thts nt the only thing the application needed...u did not separate submit write on the above two question.
sorry we now feel campus reps appoitments should be defferred till july. till then lets see who participate , show commitment , is matured and has a vision - an most importantly willingness to work under a structured process . u cant do things ur own way . learn to work under a process , u report to som1 and he reports to som1 too....evry1 is accountable and has their own responsibility and authority limits assigned.
those who r still stillinterested still to be a campus rep - convince us , promote the forum and the t-shirts among your batchmates , participate on the forum and once u have proved ur worth we will surely consider your application
