Dear all,

I am sending you an interview of founder of Mindtree Consulting. If I have to ever rate that which is the bible of entrepreneurship, this interview will lie amon the top three. He has given "FIT IN BLOCKS" theory for selecting your teams while starting a new venture. I couldnt understand earlier why he had to leave everything out & then had to go to goa for 7 full days in order to plan his new venture. But now when i am associated with a new upcoming online job portal www.jobsagar.com & the daily calls bother me, i along with my partners plan to take a full week off, switch off our cell & close ourselves to do strategic planning. SO my lesson from this story is learnt! When are you planning to learn from this??? PLz do share with me! i will wait!
