Atithi is a small initiative by few students of IBS Gurgaon to bring greater industry interface to our campus and more practical exposure to our batchmates.

We have had guest lectures till now including head of an advertising agency , senior manager of IOCL and an Investment Banker.

we look forward to making it a more professional and regular affair and hope batch 2009 can carry it forward.

hey the juniors reading this , hope you guys take this initiative forward.....

i dont underastand your viewpoint...
we are supposed to start a new program called "Atithi" or will we bring some new key persons from MNCs in our campus..

I have attended all Atithi programmes in gurgaon along with my friends. All the lectures were like a new window, wherein i get fresh air. A perfect place to get rid of the usual classroom aura.

I wish Atithi should grow on its own and spread across campuses.

We have an enthusiastic community here. My worry is that this enthusiasm shoudln't go down once people get bolted by the college routines.

I believe Atithi can be handled at an institution level and our Student community representatives can help in making this officially possible.

I have personally benefitted from Atithi programmes & will like to see Atithi alive. Hope we all have big responsibilities in the next two semesters!

alright now the time has come to take Atithi forward.... we have to meet up with Sharmila Thakur and Arjya Maam and get thier approval for organising the lectures....also Arjya maam is planning to bring in few top corporates for guest lecture sessions , so we need to meet her and convince her to bring it under a common banner.

Juniors need to come forward and work on this...any1 listening?
