Most smokers say that smoking for them is more of affection and less of addiction. Whereas they know the truth!!!

Agreed that quitting requires external influence in terms of rehabitation and quit smoking programmes.

At the same time every smoker knows that he can slowly decrease the number of cigarettes in a day....

What if IBSG is called as a green band B School.

Hmmm.. Good topic! Abhi is an exceptional case. But I find most smokers smoke due to work pressure. Also, for social ACCEPTANCE as people say, in corporate culture "you get easy friends due to smoking".

But the people who smoke know that these are not the reasons. It is difficult for them to come out of it. Extremely difficult.

But, I know of a proverb which my good buddy uses "Impossible is nothing". Wink

i'm a smoker by my choice...
i never asked anybody to join with me but at the same time i never asked any smoker to leave the habit.....
but.....
yes! i always request smokers to limit the smoking so that they can live long and can smoke till their last day in this beautifull world... Twisted Evil

if u r a smoker...plz try to decrease the consumption gradually...u dont need to stop....smoke only when u wish
