Hi,
Yes, smoking is killing the lives without any doubt. It will cause a disease called "COPD". In 2020, the disease will be the third largest cause for death. 'Nicotin' hits the brain in 8 seconds. Just think how effective it is??? But still wont change their behaviors.
with regards,

Hi all,
I think, small fine of few rupees for smoking in public places is doenot act as deterent to somkers.
Rather they should be hanged for endanegering other lifes, on some kind of 'attempt to murder' .
Cheers
Rahul

| I just wish I could find a way to stop smoking without the withdrawls. That is what is toughest.
