Hey Guys,
I've been smoking for past 13 years and now i decided to quit smoking.I havn't smoked for last three days and would like to hang on in same state.I quit it abruptly and believe if i can everybody else can. God give us strength.Any suggestion on the same subject will have my greatest gratitude.

i really appreciate the fact what saurabh has said that smoking should be quitted as it burns our lungs and also ulcer problems occur due to this , so me more problems like asthma is very common as through this our lungs get filled with smoke and becomes dry and this cause serious damage which can cause death also if its an exterme case...
so friends join hands with saurabh and quit smoking and let ur future generation live a happy n non smoking life .......

Hi Friends,
Today i passed the limit of 60 days without even a single Drag of ciggerette.I was even able to motivate another Batchmate of mine.He's also not smoking for more than 20 days now.I feel very lucky and happy.Believe me i still feel down due to withdrawal symptoms but i'm trying to fight them out.Never givin to anything ,Fight it.
Wish a good smoke free health to everyone.
