You need to elaborate a bit more.

Work ex helps you digest the stuff presented in texts/cases/prof's experience et.al. Hence it makes your life easier in a B-School and also gives you further insights into some questions you always had (Why is there fire fighting always, why should I apply for leave in advance, what's the effect of indecision and so on).

With this added knowledge supplementing your past records indicating your ability to work give a clear signal to a potential recruiter.
